Chocolate vegan friendly energy bites

I love these little guys, they are simple, delicious and they keep for months!

Makes – loads!


500grams-ish of chopped dates

100 grams-ish of dried cranberries

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 table spoon maple syrup

2 table spoons of coco powder

2 tbs Shredded Coconut (only if you fancy it)

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of flaxseeds


All this takes, is a food processor, stick all of the ingredients in a blend until the mixture looks well mixed.


Once blended scoop the mixture out and roll into balls. Any size with do.


Then place on a plate in the fridge for the mixture to set, once cooled store in an air tight container in the fridge and enjoy whenever you feel like it.
