Meditation and chakra opening 4 week course with Nina

Learn to meditate, with meditation tools, techniques and guided meditation. We will then work on opening one/two chakra a week with gentle yoga asanas.
This is a great way to calm the mind and work on the energetic body as well as some physical work to heal the body. All levels welcome.
