With the breath as your guide, flow through sun salutations and foundational, balancing, seated, back bend, and inversion postures. Practice with attention to detail, focusing on your experience of the present moment. Flow Yoga is a flow class open to all levels, but some experience in yoga is beneficial as this will challenge you. Focus is on breath guided movement, cultivating a deep sense of rhythm, steadiness & ease in body & mind. Sequencing of Flow Yoga is done in a safe & intelligent way offering modifications and variations for all levels of capability & experience, allowing each individual to feel well in their bodies and a sense of progress in their practise.
£40 for the 6 week course
Please NOTE that there will be a one week break in this course, September 22nd, but we will be back to normal the following week (29th)
