This summer day retreat will begin on the grassy space outside to awaken and refresh the senses and utilise the naturally calming and healing energy of nature (weather dependant). You’ll be guided through a gentle warm up stretch, breath work and a beautiful cleansing meditation. We will then go into the hall for a medium level, meditative, physical practise which will get energy flowing and bring you to a deep connection with yourself. We will end in Savasana (relaxation), to absorb the work that we have done.
A beautiful fresh and nutritious Vegetarian lunch will be provided. As well as refreshments throughout the day
The afternoon will have a softer tone to it with meditation, pranayama, and seated and lying down stretches held for longer periods. This will be a deeply calming and relaxing session.
