Yoga for Intermediates 5 week course with Nina Fox

The intermediate course is more suited for students who have been attending our beginners classes or our other regular classes, as instructions assume a certain level of understanding and maturity of practice (we are happy to discuss this with you).

A full range of postures, some with variations are explored whilst maintaining a deep focus on attention and awareness and observing physical and mental limits in the practice.

Breathing exercises, short meditations and detailed corrections allow for an ongoing way for you to feel and further appreciate the benefits of the practice.

Course info
Courses are an excellent opportunity to commit to your practice, be with a consistent group energy and teacher as we work together to develop your knowledge and practice. It may be possible to join the course after the start date, this would depend on numbers. Courses are usually for six weeks and require advance booking. Once you have started the course, classes missed can not be carried over. Courses are non-transferable, non-refundable once the course has started.
Please be sure to let your teacher know before class if you have any form of injury or serious illness, or if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby.
