Yoga for strength
In this course will we look to build strength and stamina in the whole body. Creating strong, legs, arms, back and core to help support the body in every day life
We will work on poses that challenge and help the the body to function at its optimum

Once you have started the course, classes missed can not be carried over. Courses are non-transferable, non-refundable once the course has started.
